Minimum Eligibility Criteria for Admission to the B. Arch Program
Candidates aspiring to join the Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) program at any institute recognized by the Council of Architecture, India, must meet the following requirements:
- Academic Qualifications:
- Passed the 10+2 examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and a minimum of 50% aggregate overall,
OR - Completed a 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, securing at least 50% aggregate marks.
- Passed the 10+2 examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and a minimum of 50% aggregate overall,
- Entrance Examination:
- Candidates must qualify in one of the following entrance exams:
- JEE MAIN Paper 2
- National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)
- Candidates must qualify in one of the following entrance exams:
- Maharashtra State Admission Criteria:
- In addition to the above, candidates seeking admission under the Maharashtra state quota must fulfill the eligibility criteria and admission process as prescribed by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra. This typically includes appearing for the relevant state-level counselling based on NATA/JEE MAIN Paper 2 scores and meeting any additional requirements set by the state government.

Eligibility of a candidate for admission to the course for the degree of Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Applied Art
- The candidate must have passed the Higher-Secondary School Certificate Examination (H.S.C.) with English being one of the subjects, held at the end of the XIIth standard, conducted Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher-Secondary.
- Education or examination of another university or any other board recognized as equivalent thereto with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate (45% marks in the case of Backward Class candidates from the Maharashtra State only).
- Must have passed the Intermediate Drawing Grade Examination of the Directorate of Maharashtra State, except the candidates coming from the states other than Maharashtra and are eligible for Government of India reserved seats, so also candidates coming from other countries may be exempted from passing the Intermediate Drawing Grade Examination and should be allowed appear for Entran Test.
- should pass an Entrance-Aptitude Test prescribed by the University and conducted by the college/institution concerned.
- The nature of the aptitude test will be as follows:
Subject Duration Marks Object Drawing 1 Hour 10 Design 1 Hour & 30 Minutes 15 Memory Drawing 1 Hour 15 - A Candidate who secures an “A” grade in the Intermediate Drawing Grade Examination obtains 10 marks.
- A candidate who secures a “B” grade in the Intermediate Drawing Grade Examination obtains 05 marks.
- A candidate who secures a “C” grade in the Intermediate Drawing Grade Examination obtains no marks.
- 50% of the marks of the XIIth Standard Examination secured by the candidate will be added to the above marks to finalize the admission in the First Year B.F.A. for the respective branches.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria for Admission to the B. Voc (Interior Design) Program
Candidates aspiring to join the Bachelor of Vocation (B. Voc Interior Design) program at the institute must meet the following requirements:
- Academic Qualifications:
- Passed the 10+2 examination from any stream (Arts / Science / Commerce) or any equivalent education.
- Aptitude Test is Mandatory, Performance in Aptitude test shall carry weightage for Merit list in Admission
B. Design (Design)
Eligibility:
First Year Admission:
- Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates, All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates:
- i) The candidate should be an Indian National;
- ii) The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination and obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate (aggregate marks in the case of categories, economically weaker sections, and persons with disability category belonging to Maharashtra state) and obtained nonzero score in MH B Design CET
- Children of NRI/OCI/PIO, Children of Indian Workers in the Gulf countries and Foreign National Candidature Candidates (i) The candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate or (ii) any other criterion declared by the appropriate authority from time to time.
