The Bachelor of Design (B.Des) at Aditya College of Architecture, affiliated with the University of Mumbai, is a comprehensive four-year undergraduate program that aims to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the dynamic field of design. Course Information
The course leading to the degree of B. DESIGN (DESIGN) shall be a full-time course, comprising of Eight semesters. Each semester shall have the duration of One Academic term of 18 weeks. There will be an examination at the end of each Semester. A candidate for the Degree of B. DESIGN (DESIGN) examination will be required to pass all the Eight Semester examinations spread over 4 years of 8 semesters, As per the University ordinance 75% attendance is compulsory for keeping the term.

| The new semester pattern has CBCS grading system. |
- Each academic year consist of 2 semester terms, one ending in October/November and second ending in April/May.
- A Minimum Of 40% Of Full Marks in Theory & 40% Of Full Marks in Sessional / Term Work are required for Passing. 40% Of Marks are required to Pass the External Viva/ . Aggregate Marks of each Subject should be 40% of total Marks for Passing.
- The University of Mumbai employs CHOICE BASED CREDIT SYSTEM (CBCS) scheme to evaluate performance of student.Â

- Completion of higher secondary education (10+2) or equivalent with a minimum specified percentage.
- CET 2024 will be used for the admission to this course.
