Practicing mindfulness is a simple art of been fully present in the moment. It means noticing your breath, your surroundings and your environment without judgment and with at most respect. To know how to relax one’s mind in the time of extreme stress and how to release the pressure the brain undergoes and thus to anticipate the changes happening around with a calmer mind and mindfully understand the activity one is going through. Ar. Vanjara elaborated on passive design techniques suited to each region, drawing from real-world case studies and her own project experiences.
